Story

London, 2019. Theresa loses her beautiful pink hat on a windy day and her only hope of getting it back on her clothes rack (which for some apparent reason stands right in the middle of the city) is your skill to control the wind!

Controls

WASD or ARROW KEYS - Control the wind direction

Click and hold to move the camera

Secret developer cheat-controls: N for next level, P for previous level

Probably also works with a controller, you tell us.
