Ghost Raccoon - Sprinter Cell
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
Ghost Raccoon is a Coop stealth game where you play as a raccoon soul which can travel between bodies to get to his favourite experience - food.
Swap between the two raccoons where only one can move at a time and hide from the evil guards to finish the levels. Also use trash cans to hide from them or just stay out of their sight.

Mac and Linux versions are untested. Sorry, not enough time. Your Mac probably lacks the ports to play a 2 player coop game anyway.
